    Studies the photo first, repairs and colors it in two steps, then checks the faces against the original. Best for group photos.

Which level do I need?

Most photos don't need Premium. Here's when the cheaper levels are enough, and when Premium is worth it.

Enhance is enough when…

$1.00 a photo

  • The colors are close to right, and it mainly needs scratches, spots, a crease or a bend line fixed.
  • It was taken in black and white, and you want it to stay black and white.
  • You want the damage gone without changing the look of the photo.

Not the best fit: Colors that are badly faded or mostly gone, or a black-and-white photo you'd like in color. Enhance doesn't add color. Choose Full Restore for those.

Start with Enhance

Full Restore is enough when…

$2.00 a photo

  • The colors have faded, yellowed or turned orange.
  • It's black and white or sepia and you'd like natural color.
  • There are one to a few people, with faces large enough to see clearly.

Not the best fit: Large groups where each face is small. In a single pass, small faces are the most likely thing to come out soft or slightly changed; Premium checks them against the original.

Premium makes sense when…

  • It's a group photo, or the faces are small in the frame.
  • The damage or fading runs across people's faces.
  • It's the only copy of a photo that matters a lot to you, and you want the extra check.

Not the best fit: Simple photos of one or two people. Full Restore usually gets there for less.

    We never sell your photos. They're used only to restore them, then deleted after 30 days.

Getting your photos ready

A clean copy gets the best result. No scanner? A phone works.

  • Lay the photo flat in soft, even light, such as near a window. No flash.
  • Hold your phone straight above the photo, close enough that it fills the frame.
  • Crop away the table or album around it, and turn it right-side up.

Questions

Which level should I choose?

Full Restore suits most photos: it repairs damage, fixes faded color and can add natural color. Choose Enhance when the colors are close to right, or for a black-and-white photo you want kept black and white, and it mainly needs damage removed. Choose Premium for group photos, small faces and heavy damage, where it works in two steps and checks the faces against the original. See "Which level do I need?" above for examples.

Do bigger orders cost less?

Yes. Every photo in the order gets the discount: 10% off at 5+ photos, 20% at 10+, 30% at 20+ and 40% at 50+. There are no other fees.

Can I use photos taken with my phone?

Yes. A clear, straight-on phone picture of a print works well. Glare, tilt and blur are the things to avoid; the prep guide shows how.

What if I'm not happy with a result?

Tell us within 7 days. If a photo doesn't meet our standard on review, we re-run it free. If a re-run doesn't fix a fault on our end, we refund that photo.

What happens to my photos?

They are used only to restore them. We never sell them or train AI on them, and originals and results are deleted after 30 days. Your original files are never changed.
