How long does restoration take?

Small orders (1–5 photos) are usually complete within 15 minutes. Larger batches can take up to 1 hour. You'll receive an email with your download links when processing is finished.

What formats are accepted for upload?

We accept JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WEBP, and TIFF files. Scanned photos at 300 DPI or higher produce the best results.

How do I download my restored photos?

Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with a download link for each photo. Click any link and the full-resolution image will download directly to your device. Links are valid for 30 days.

Are my original photos stored permanently?

Both originals and restored versions are kept for 30 days after your order completes. Download your favorites promptly — we do not offer long-term cloud storage.

Can I restore heavily damaged or torn photos?

Yes. Our AI handles fading, tears, stains, scratches, and missing sections. Severely damaged images may vary in result quality — if you're unsatisfied, email us and we'll take a look.

Do you offer colorization?

Colorization is included by default for all restorations. If you'd prefer a black-and-white output, mention it in your order notes or email us after placing your order.

What is your refund policy?

If you're not happy with a restoration, contact us within 7 days and we'll re-process the photo or issue a credit. We want you to love the results.

Is the DIY option really free?

Yes. The DIY guide walks you through restoring a photo yourself using Google Gemini's free tier. No payment required — you just need a Google account.
